That's some great smudge you got there. The lighting it is good. Only thing I would fix is too make the lighting a bit brighter or vibrant.

Sounds like you need to get yourself a mouse

i got a mouse but i don't use it i like working on my laptop

looks epic to me

needs better blending. and less lq softbrushing on the render. work on compo and sharpen the smudge
