Everything looks a bit overblurred imo. Looks like you blurred everything excpet the body of the render.
I suggest working on the lightning a bit more....fro what i can see if i look at the render the lightning is comming from above the head of the guy.
You created some lightning at the bottom right wich doesn't belong there.
Also try to work on the colors a bit. They are a bit dull now. Maybe add some gradients to keep them more intersting.
Other then that it's pretty nice.

Agreed with cs4pro. definitely gotta change the lighting. I think adding some more effects would definitely help it. :]

IMO the render looks overblended.
