i think the blue stuff at the left and right get a little too much attention.. but good work!
the effects are nice tho i feel as if u had over sharpend it and looks like u used some topaz maybe i dunno. lighting looks good and use of colors

It's pretty good, but I'm not a fan of the blue tint over the darker parts. The lighter blue parts are also too light.

But did you use topaz? If yes.. Remove it. If no.. Something you did made the shoulder look really distracting.
