Hey, I just got directed here from Near Reality. I plan on figuring out GFX and some CSS and such. I need some free programs I can play around with GFX. If anyone could link me some it would be great.

Welcome and sorry but we are not allowed to discuss software's on this forum. For some "free" programs however I would suggest Googling some keywords such as "Free, drawing, software".
