Why is the question mark there? I understand that you were trying to have it stand out and look unique with that but I don't think it fits there at all - at least not in that style. I would try a different approach with the question mark. Otherwise, I like the tone and love the colors. Good work on it.

Text is the focal. You can't just slap it on on top of all the other layers.

text is very distracting... there is a second face (focal) near his right sholder that distracts..... effects are random, there is a sudden round thing going over the focal....... no flow or whatsoever...... lol if this is what you obtain the ok, but ....... well what can I say; it is different, but I don't fint it pretty....
