The orbs are highly distracting, they're drawing my attention away from the focal. You have some good blending going on though and the big orb as lightsource works.

Soft 2 / 3 px brush blue. on her neck and chin, bring attention back to her.

Better, seems like there is a failed clipping mask behind her as I see an arm. I'd erase all of that and work on your contrast and effects some more. Seems emptyish and the contrast near the top is still too high imo.
