Looks way too simple.
If you done the BG yourself, that's nice, but the whole sig looks like BG + render. That's it. Nothing more.
No blending, which should look nice here. Kick ass text onthe left side should work too. ( 2-3 words of text, and endings of every word could hide under the render, quick thought )
Also, blue and red are fighting too much I think,. am I think you must use some GM's to make them just a little bit closer (but not too monotonic).
Also, you should try different spots of source of light. Top right or bottom left could work here.
And one of the most important things, lots of details are missing.
To be honest, nothing interesting here. Just a good start on the BG.
Sorry to say that, but I hope it will be a good kick in your ass, so you could work harder :p
