I come from a city that is nicked : ' Steel City' so this tag name caught my attention :P

I think your focal dousen't really feel part of the bg and that might be because behind him has so muhc light and yet he is cast in so much shadow. I think a better setting would have been a night setting in the streets with some good light play with your effectsd.

it's got a creative idea, but lacks in pulling the pieces all together.

keep at it and hunt down a nice city in the nights :D
