I don't like renders placed uppon a stock bg... it is to easy.... and tbh render and bg don't fit here...
effects and text are nice!!! just go for a different bg and you'd be ok. (my opinion so dissagree as much as you want!)

Colours are way too offputting.
Flow is too straight.
Text is icky.
