Well i havent made a sig in like a month or 2 so...just cnc meh..im rusty

there really empty could use some more effects maybe ? and they look a bit blurry. did you use a G-blur by chance on a copied layer and set to over lay ? maybe u can fix that by using a eraser tool and erasing the focal areas . least that's what i do but im not a pro here so my cnc might be useless wait to hear better cnc by a better designer, gl m8.

Try adding some colour infront of the render and then smuding it :) that'll create some frontal fx.
Otherwise I'd suggest adding some more bright bubble c4ds near the render to spice it up.
The text is so far from the render that it removes the focal, which is obviously the render, try using different font (perhaps colour also) and moving it closer to the render.

The background needs to also have more in it generally, it just is definitely too plain at the moment, as sirenzo said.
