First off im not digging the text, if it doesn't look 110% then don't put it in. Next, your blue lighting patches seem to be slightly akwardly placed, and they are not emitting any blue light on your render. You can fix this with some soft brushes set to soft light and lightly brush some blue over parts of your render you want to have light on them. Next, some spots just seem LQ so just work on overall quality and comp. Gj though :D
