So...this is my first ever made webdesign. It is made for a project at school for wich we have to make 3 webpages of the same site that is about a subject wich you choose for yourself. Well mine is a portfolio site. I will be judged based on only the design. So they won't look at things like: will it be feasable if you made it for a real website. But they will judge on colors, use of images, connection between title and content etc. What do you think about it? http://i51.tinypic.com/fuqe84.png

I don't know if you're still waiting for cnc here or if I'm gravedigging, but nobody responded so here's some tips.
- create some sort of frame or break for your tags to sit on (may be a bit advanced, idk). The red clashes with the color schemes of some of your tags, even though they aren't related.
*If it's too advanced, try picking a more neutral background. Textures as backgrounds can work really well if used correctly. Another method would be just to make a dark grey and add a tiny bit of noise for some "excitement"
- add some <br> tags under your tags so they aren't on top of each other
- Okay, so I'm looking at your logo, and it's okay-ish, but then I look at your tags... the styles should match more. You have a kind of pretty-ish header and some grungy, cool tags. They should be similar.
- The fonts and font colors need work. It's hard for me to tell you what to do about that without playing around some myself
- The buttons are just kind of lame. They serve the purpose of an outline, but they aren't interesting at all. Try and spice things up. Your tags are quite spicy :P
