Dont fall for this stuff. I have 1st hand experience with this crap. There gonna lure you in with the money. But theres a slim chance that you'll ever win the contest. Someone will always one up you. Thats why I stopped doing these contests for logo and web designs. Find actual clients that you can work one on one with.
What shiv said.. Get a good client and theyll just pay that amount for you to come up with a corporate image for them.
It's just a scam.
