I think this is a massive improvement. I tried to create depth, notice the back of the tiger being erased to like 25-30% of the original :p

Thoughts?

Hmm, so all my attempts to create depth failed? O.o

What do you think about it otherwise? I think I took it two levels up with this ;P

Try using different smudge brushes, Most talented smudge artists use a hard 20-30px brush set on 30-40% opacity to define their shapes and then add the detail with a 2-4px hard brush set on 90% opacity.
