Is that Marilyn Manson? Also, what did you do to it? Did you draw it?

Don't put a shadow on the text, it makes it even less easy to read.
There's no foreground effects. It's just a background plus a render, with slight erased edges.

I could give some tips but I'd highly suggest just reading on tutorials, even the simplest tut will help a lot.

i dont like it unless your drew it lol there is no blending at all and very little effects that do anything to make the tag pop out at me look up some tuts man u will get better by doing that
