Watch the edit...

You shouldn't border all the tags, and watch out for sharpening a tag after you add a border because youll get sharp lines under your border like in the last 3 that take away from the tag, I would say try to bring out the colours more all those tags are pretty dull, the first one would look very nice imo if the colours were more vibrant.

I like borders, about sharpening i agree.
