I like it, a bit plain but i like it :p
too much blurring and sharpening. It should be more subtle. The shoulder things look like jizz tbh. I don't like them. Just work on fractal placement. It's also just pretty dull. Try and make it more exciting.
Go easy on effects. Add contrast
