I like it :) My only suggestion for now would be to add more detail to the skulls. Other than that, good job!
What would be really cool if the skulls had different faces or something, or maybe you made each just slightly different from eachother, but its pretty nice more detail would be great.. nj

agree with maie, really cool.
Add a cigar/cigarette to the skull closest (left side) to give him more focus and to break the otherwise repeated pattern. And also as Maietrix said make each of them a tad unique.
You're definitely heading in the right direction and I especially like the highlight lines on their jackets.
ps. you've missed to add white color to their left side (right for the viewer) teeth's, they are hollow/transparent atm. At least it seems that way to the far left guy (biggest one).
