It's a bit dull and the border is bringing it down a lot. Fx look good but there's too much going on for them to really stand out. Clean it up and bit and post a colored version?

Damn thats pretty cool, like the idea, but the execution could be a little bit better, but pretty cool overall :D What are those lighting spot things? are those lightning brushes, anyways i really like those :D

Thanks for the cnc guys, the border is because it looks better on black and I don't wanna post a colored version, its too monotone cause I messed it up.

@Kinetics, yea I tried to make the fx look like lightning, I used the paths tool.
