The text is killing it. With text, pick an easy to read font. And keep it short and sweet.
The rest of the sig is alright, some bits look a bit cluttered which makes some parts look messy and over worked. I'd get some colour in there too. B/w sigs can look bland, and you've tried to compensate by adding lots of effects
