It's not bad, it's clean which is good but your lighting is off. You have a light source from the top that doesn't really make any sense. I'd say basically remove that and focus on what it's his hands.

Try adding some fractals going out of the type of sphere ball thingy he has in his hands, just to get some texture going. The render could also use a sharpen.
