It doesn't look finished to me, I would work on adding in somemore fx, and work on the colors. Also I think the background might be a bit over blurred

Try looking at some tutorials in the tutorial section!

Loving the right side, the fx on the head are quite nice, work on your composition, the left side seems very empty,bland,boring.
