I've been out of this game for the longest time.

It needs more depth and not liking the text and rounded border.
Yeah, not feeling the rounded corners and the 4px border kind of kills it. My advice is to read up on some tutorials and establish some background effects and foreground effects. Having a messy style is alright just make sure there is a method to your madness if you get what I mean. And the text is a no no but I personally hate text on sigs in general. Grab a few new resources from the resource section and read up on some of the tuts.
