I was doing JD from scrubs too, and it looked great, went to copy and paste him into a new ms paint file and i accidentally copied a white space. Goodfight about an hour of work due to ms paint.

It's definitely well done. I would, however, tone down the outlines on the inner parts of his body. Go for something more along the lines of the color of his actual clothing/skin/whatever, rather than just a black outline. It will help to come off as fuller, and it will pop more.
