Unfinished (Need advice)

Im out of ideas for this ? damn help guys some advice on this what should i place on the canvas its really annoying to be asking such a stupid question but i cant help it so need your help !!! :(

if u ran out of ideas already i'd jst find a dif render and start over, when you feel like makin a sig

First, I'd change the flow of the girl, the smudges don't match the direction she is looking. That digi paint is of her near a door, correct? I'd say make the smudges go the opposite way as if something was sucking her in and she was laughing, I mean, she doesn't look right in the head you know?
