What adjustments can I make to this?

nice. blur the smudging near the left side his face but leave the rest of the smudging near the left edge as it is. maybe removing two of the smudge comets on the right side. o.O to the border.

Needs some work with the ligting and the smudge is nice but doesn't really work with the render/stock.
