First smudge attempt

This is my first smudge attempt, not sure how I feel about it.. It has a white border that was meant for contrast, but it wont show well.. let me know how you think I can improve, and cnc please

for first attempt well done, the contrast is a bit oversaturated, good colors and nice smudging, but job well done for a first time. try working with larger canvas so you can see more detail.

I gotta quit commenting after you Domino :| pretty much Domino said it all, a larger canvas will allow you to really detail it out and can be shrunk to signature size without a loss of the detail you created. The smudging is well done and the blend is almost effortless, looks like you might of sharpened it a bit which is generally something you don't want to do with a smudge since it brings out way too much contrast.

appreciate the comments, I will keep in mind the contrast next time.
