very nice !! I like m both.
no 1: the left and right side of the bg don't match but then again why should they? I am not a fan of scan lines, but here they provide a nice flow. The white line around her shoulders distract a bit.
no 2: awsum!! only thing is the shadow is to unsharp imo...
