The eye is drawn to the renders' stomach. Needs better lighting on the renders' face. Also, the left and right sides need some working up.

V2 is better imo.
Spread some color to the left side and try to make her face the focal again instead of her mid section.

there is a shade going over the render..... it suggests a light coming from the right top corner..... where is it?

you might try some smudging.... just to create depth.....
duh.... so what is smudging now you ask yourself...

it s a tool..... it can do the uttermost to a sig ( lol my opinion, others may disagree)

I' ll just show you an example of your sig....... basic smudging..... but creates flow as well as depth....... in time you will love smudge tool!!!
I didn't put on a lightning..... just showing you what smudging will do to flow and depth.....
