I like the texture placement and the use of the Cfds, the way it surrounds him and also creates depth in the signature.
What i would say is that the lighting is a bit too strong in the colored version, I'm not the greatest fan of B/W sigs btw.
Border seems a bit bland, and how about some text to spice it up
