I can see you did some minor blending, but I think you need to blend a little more.
Also, if you place your text in front of your signature, especially at that size, it will, without a doubt, draw attention away from your focal.
On the other hand, I liked the colors you used on both versions of the signature.

overall is doesnt look like much was done besides some bluring but i do like the red one better cause of color it looks too unfinished keep workin on it man
The compo is off imo and blending needs work and not liking the text that size. Agree it looks unfinished keep working on it!
text is too distracting. The render could be moved alil bit to the left. Colors are dull. Overall tag needs more details. Just keep practicin' and this style would be awesome.
get some grunge into the background
could be agreat tagg if you worked on the BG some more

I'm terrible with grunge so hopefully I did it well.
Fixes:
Moved render to the left
Resized and darkened text
Improved lighting a bit
Added to the background (although it gets lost a bit in the blur)
Tried to grunge it up a bit
