Why would you run after and take a picture of someone who dress a different way then the other thousands around her?

You've kind of answered your own question with that very question.

I agree with Enable, I don't think you would like to be almost harrased in the street.
And I can't really comment on the Photo's much either as they don't really have much of an interesting subject...

Anyone that dresses like that is clearly an attention seeker, so if they get butthurt when they actually get said attention then they shouldn't wear such weird ass clothes, ha.
Anyway, nice shots, I like the empire building and wet floor ones.

The first girl is a fan of OFWGKTA, they don't give a fudge about the way they dress.

Just want to hear your point of view, with your own words.
For the other photos, they seem like any other objects a tourist would take pics of. The quality is crisp.

Well basically I have my camera on me pretty much all the time when I go out, whenever I see something or someone that catches my eye and is a break from the general monotony of the day I take a picture, simple as that. I like taking pictures of people because for me it's people that make the places you visit and give areas their character.
Also just as clarification with the pictures of that girl, the guy taking a picture of her in the background of my picture is my friend Jacob who initially saw her and wanted to get her picture. But it did end up being one of my favourite pictures from my trip.

Only a bit with brightness and contrast.
