i have seen that style its ok imo alot of times its used when its not needed good work tho man use it wisely

I'm trying to achieve that style of smudge, is it an 85-90% soft brush with linear dodge and normal smudging?

Yeah but a 100 percent hard brush

I'd also love to know this style, think you could do a quick tutorial?
