I think its missing a focal point, it blends just a little too well and I'm not sure where to look
I asume the focal point is suppose to be the face/helmet looking thing to the right. If so, it doesn't work out as it get's drowned in all the other stuff. Effects and text placed on the left side steals ALL the attention!
Try to make the text more subtle and place the effects closer to the helmet and around it, that should shift the focus a little bit.
