Yup... Pretty basic tag, I didn't want to do too much for the site I don't care too much for.

Smudge strokes are a bit too thin and repetitive, you need variations of them. The background should have bigger strokes than the foreground, kiu.

its nie ce i agree with derosion and u need to blend the render in some way
