No Depth, I see ou used some light, which is in the right section...but not so well used...overall tag is not great. Just read tutorials on the basics.
If you look at some tutorials that will definetly help you improve.

You are playing with a lot of tools at the moment, thats always good to test out the waters and see what you like...
Few things I think I would suggest is as sai , the light is in the right place but it over powers your image, a few things I would suggest as once oyu have played with your lighting, put it on screen/lighting/lineage dodge etc, and lower it greatly!!!like putting the seeting on like 14 is no waste :P
Next up would be for you to use less colour dodge, and learn how to play with your layer adjustments, it helps balance out colour and lighting that you will get from your fractals/c4d etc..
Kepp up with the practice, ask questions and read a whole bunch of tuts and you will soon be shining better then your current tag ^^
