There's not really a color scheme which makes it look like a bg with a render and that's it.
Lightning seems off as well.
I've seen better from you though, kiu =)
The c4d is kinda blurry, I don;t know if it came like that or you did it for depth, but it doesn't work too well.
Looks like you used the rule of thirds for placement though, well done for that.
And a last point is that the light source on the render and the stock are from two different angles, so that needs working on
