Amazing!! Though the light in the middle is too strong lower it a bit. I really like this one :D
Shadows on his face are too strong, since the light is very bright. The water/ish effects look not very well blending with him, maybe show it splashing off of him? And on his cape, where the water hits, it's too bright and makes the stuff give off extra lighting.
Overall, it has a nice feel, but isn't executed quite as good as it should be. :)
It's nice though :)
