I have no clue whats wrong with my PS. Everytime I try to open up a document my PS freezes up. Ive already scanned my comp for any viruses and I havent found any. Can anyone help me???

When photoshop is launching press and hold CTRL+ALT+SHIFT
That will wipe your prefferences, which is most likely the culprit.
get a new computer
if what unit_number_43 said dont work try uninstalling it and re-installing it.
