It looks a lot more detailed and crisp on my laptop at 1400 x 1024...
Anyway, focus on the BG for awhile and look at the brighter areas after.
(don't mind the text or bordering, it was for desi's restricting compet.)

i c it, it kinda makes the darker areas look like the shadow of the lighter areas

its just a series of ridges and such... after you look at the whole focus on the darker and lighter areas and you see kinda of a mountainy ridge thing along the entire thing
