Well I like the piece as a whole, you have quite the talent for these =p (Also using one of my fractals, like a boss).
But the first thing I noticed was that 'she'... kinda looks like a man, in the face atleast.
I'd blur the edges of the render with the blur tool, to get rid of the badlooking edge ( the blackish line ) also i would use the dodge tool to lighten up the dark parts.
That are the basics you should change
