i do not like those white splatters on the left. taking that off, overall it's good.

2nd one is light years ahead of the first, but you did remove some good parts of the 1st.
First thing : Don't blend a render by just erasing the edge with a soft brush, that's a bad idea and looks cheap. Maybe try applying image and smudging with a chalky brush a low opacty.
Also, you can bring back a tiny bit of the sharpness in his forehead, but take the blur tool and SLIGHTLY (like, 5% hardness) blur the inside edges of his suit/tie, they're very sharp and lack anti aliasing.
