The cutout on one side is something I haven't seen before, good idea with the text as a mix between the two.

-The fractuals/effects just look kinda thrown in, with no real flow or focus. When placing them, first work out a flow (direction) to the tag. SOmetimes this goes with the flow the render, say someone kicking or something. With ones like this it's really just your own preference, I would've done bottom right to9 top left, because she's slightly leaning. You have sort of got a flow so good on you with that.
