I think the text on it stands out to much, and maybe the render is blended to much

the bevel and emboss on the text is a nono. The render doesnt stand out at all its just blah!. The bg is nice. Keep trying bro! :)

Bit better. Increase the opacity of the renders. Then desaturate the render, then add a color balance. The current colors dont really match.

that one seems a little brighter. the render is set to a blend or something? maybe doing what bfg said. try making the render's colour a little different from the background.
