you should bring the sharpness down to about 50% plus you got some stuff on his face that should be erased. what adjustment layers are you using? this would pop alot more if you changed those few things and cleaned up the bottom a little more. use a small soft brush at like 80% just barely along the right side of his head to get rid of that outline. hope this helps

I used mostly alot of gradient maps with various effects. I think layering so many different layers of color on top of eachother are what dulled it down a bit. Thanks for your input!
