Hmm, the effects take the attention away from your focal. Maybe blur around your render, add shadows with the burn tool. Adding a light source would help too.

I tried to blur the area around my render, and added a little light source.
It looks strange to me, especially the left part which is not blur enought.
I put a lot of effects on a layer from visible, now it's hard to change things...

her face looks weird. Thats not your fault thats just the render. I like it :)
