Going Commando Smiley

New one, created mostly for the staff to use when we find something bad to nag about in ones post or so.
Example: If someone troll, we could reply like this -Hey mr, cut it already :commando:

He is a drill sergeant with camouflage paint on his face and a soldier helmet. Kinda aimed for that "can't tell if it's troll or not" look yet with a certain "I'm in charge" face.
