not bad for a first modeling project.
my suggestions:
Get Autodesk Maya
Read all the tuts you can for maya because its like comparing Mariana's Trench to a kiddie pool with Maya and C4D.
Take out that ugly lab text.
im not a fan of the kind of stand thing youve got going on, i suggest something pointy and fragmented, like Krags or crystals.
look up tuts for partical usage and add some vibrance to the glass you got there. it doesnt look very radioactive to me.
model up a quick radioactive sign and put it onto the square under the danger sign, and get rid of the danger sign.
Maya is free to students.

Thanks for all the help :) As for the lab text, its a recruitment challenge, so that had to be in there.
oh okay yeah thats cool then. the other thing that was strange was that i was unsure of why the chairs were askew and there was a mic. it would have been more clever to go with an actual laberatory simply because it fits the theme of your focal. the studio "labratory" could be more clever if you work it in differently
