Could work on the text a little.
Other then that I like the lighting and what not, maybe could work on the back group and the border does not look good.
Work on your text, depth and lighting, it really is to flat at the moment, the lighting is to bright, for example its bright in his hands yes but why is there a light source behind him if the lights in front of him? maybe work on those points and it will look better.
