I think it would look cooler without the smudge blending it in, rather clouds or lighting to resemble a sun. Other then that it's pretty plain but I like the feel of the coloring.
get rid off that border,its lacking contrast and the colors are quite dull imo ,and like what razer said its pretty plain. :)

Naruto renders are always hard to make sigs with cause of the 1 dimensional colour scheme on most of them. I usually try to avoid using gradient maps when I make a sig with one of them cause it ends up making the sig look a bit dull
despite that its still a decent looking tag. I agree with getting rid of the border :P
